John Bowden & Jill Goodridge
John graduated from Rollins College in Florida with a degree in Anthropology & Sociology before attending the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. John grew up in Barrington, Rhode Island and moved to Maine in 1993. He was a chef for local restaurants before investing in his own. Jill studied at the European International Institute of Communications in The Netherlands, Emerson College in Boston & the University of Maine in Orono. She graduated with a degree in Mass Communications & English. Jill grew up in Rockport, Maine and has many relatives living along the midcoast.

In The Kitchen
Our core kitchen crew is Owner & Chef, John Bowden, Chef, Alexander Ghee, and Sous Chef, Pete Rickards.
Chef Alexander Ghee came to Park Street Grille a few years ago from New York with a dual degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He's an amazing young chef with a bright future ahead of him. We're thrilled to have him on board. John & Alex work together creating dishes using fresh Maine seafood, other local ingredients & often add a flare from Southwestern style cuisine.
Pete is our Sous Chef. He's done an incredible job as the right-hand. He not only helps prepare all the food served, but is responsible for fully preparing many items on the menu. Pete is not only an asset in the kitchen but he's our "go-to" guy for computer help on the floor.
On The Floor
We have many wonderful people that work at Park Street Grille, and make it the place you want to enjoy lunch or dinner. We are happy to have them all on our team. Stop by and have our bartender mix you one of our legendary Margaritas. The rest of the Park Street Grille staff will not let you down either.
Pauline, Leslie, Lisa, Miranda, Renee, Raff, Matt, Alyce & Zoe welcome you with a smile. They're not only great servers but they're a lot of fun.
